All products offered are covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty against compliance defects, in accordance with Italian DL 24/02.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse and we will not accept liability for direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use.

To avail yourself of the warranty on a product purchased, just contact us to arrange the delivery of the product to our office.

Shipping to Italy is by courier and is free of charge throughout Italy. Delivery is within 24 working hours.

All products are shipped from our store site in Tarquinia – VITERBO (Italy).

Shipments are traceable. After the goods have been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number and you can track the shipment status on the courier’s website.

You may request that the shipment is made to a different address than your personal one, which can be a business address or the address of another person to facilitate the delivery process.

Exchange and Returns:

We are happy to replace products that do not satisfy you with others that you prefer. Returns must be made within 14 days.

Before you send back your package, please notify us of your request by email (, specifying the reasons for the return.

Goods can be replaced or returned only if the item received was not used in any way and is in perfect condition (including the original packaging): Returns of damaged items will not be accepted and, as a result, not replaced or refunded.

The return shipment is paid by the buyer, though of course we bear the costs of the new shipment.

Free shipping is valid for the first replacement: further exchanges are borne by the customer.

Credit cards and prepaid debit cards (PayPal circuit)

You can make the payment via major credit cards and debit cards using the secure PayPal system.

Payments by credit card can be safely made through the secure payment system PayPal even if you are not a registered user.

This system allows anyone who has a credit card to be able to buy in a simply, quickly and securely.

Sensitive data of the holder (name, card number, expiry date, etc.) is only sent to PayPal and is protected by encrypted systems, which means that no one can learn about it.

We reserve the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by PayPal.

Bank transfer

When you choose the bank transfer payment method, at the end of the order the customer automatically receives a confirmation email with the bank details, after which the merchandise is set aside pending receipt of the bank transfer on the account. The customer is required to send a copy of the payment via email within 48 hours of receipt of the order confirmation (
